At times we may need to contact you regarding your account, bookings or to update records. All your information is kept safe and away from all employees. Except those who have special clearance for such information.

Generally, the Personal Information we hold will include (where relevant) your name, contact details, membership/card/account number/s, records of correspondence, services booked and delivered, numbers and ages of children, subscription and payment details, type of business and/or billing statements.

Your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared your email address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or, you have 'contacted us' or 'made a booking' or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply reply back saying 'STOP' in the subject line, and you will stop receiving emails from us. This can take up to 48 hours
